Food Safety is a foundation that drives every process within Rosderra Irish Meats Group. Our Food Safety policy focuses on prevention of any contamination from start to finish in our production cycle.
Rosderra Irish Meats Group is an approved exporter of pork products to the world’s major markets. We are USDA, Canadian Food Inspection Agency and British Retail Consortium approved. In addition, our processing plants in Edenderry and Roscrea are fully approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for The Peoples Republic of China. We are also an approved supplier to Russia, Japan and South Korea.
Rosderra Irish Meats Group is a member of An Bord Bia (Ireland’s Food Board) Quality Assurance Scheme and are compliant with all EU directives implemented by the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and the Irish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
