We have embraced the principles of Lean Manufacturing which requires on-going staff training and development.
The impact of our Lean Journey introduction to our process facilities has been hugely significant and has seen an immediate cultural embrace of the system. We are committed to bring all our employees with us on all sections of that journey because it is they who will support and sustain the changes throughout all of the Rosderra Group sites.
The diversification of our processes means that the resource pool necessary to sustain the Lean Ethos needs to be constantly developed and made aware of advances in the industry itself and also in the Lean Continuous Improvement system. To that end Rosderra has developed a Strategic Human Resources Development Plan to take our key people in Management, Operations, Sales, Technical/Quality Assurance and Maintenance along that journey in order that the future human resource needs of the business arising from its Strategic Business Plan are met.
