Rosderra Irish Meats Group is an approved exporter of pork products to the world’s major markets. We are USDA, Canadian Food Inspection Agency and British Retail Consortium approved. In addition, our processing plants in Edenderry and Roscrea are fully approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for The Peoples Republic of China. We are also an approved supplier to Japan and South Korea. Rosderra Irish Meats Group is a member of An Bord Bia (Ireland’s Food Board) Quality Assurance Scheme and are compliant with all EU directives implemented by the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and the Irish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
At Rosderra Irish Meats Group, we place a major emphasis on our robust traceability system which satisfies both our customers’ needs and legislative requirements. Our fully-integrated data capture programs rigidly trace our products through all stages in the production chain, from our supplying farms and feed mills right through to the final product.
We know that complete traceability from farm to final product is critically important for our customers at all times.Our unique product coding system, which is driven by SAP, enables us to trace all our products, from meat origin and materials used in processing through to the end-product’s final destination.Our experience has shown us that by having this rigid traceability system, our customers can have every confidence in the superb quality of our products.
